Meet Harold

Harold is an approximately 8 year old mixed breed little boy who came to the shelter as a stray and was never claimed. Harold was on the shy side when he first arrived at the shelter, but quickly warmed up to people and finding the routine of the shelter. It was soon realized that this sweet Shih Tzu mix was blind in one of his eyes. It doesn't slow him down at all, but we do think he would do best in a home without small children or lots of commotion. The veterinarians have examined Harold and have warned there is a small chance he may eventually lose sight in his other eye. Despite his physical set backs, Harold has done great at adoption events and has charmed many people over with his lovable personality and stuffed animal looks. He has been fine with the small dogs he has met at the shelter, but can be a little barky at the bigger and more active pups. If you think you can give this special guy the home that he deserves, come meet him soon!
