Our Mission
If you are missing a dog, it is very important that you visit the shelter in person as often as possible and file a lost report with us.
Other things you can do that will help locate your pet:
Post a lost or found animal on lostandpound.com
Let your local police department now.
Inform your neighbors.
Post fliers
Put picture on facebook.
Do anything that will get the information out that your pet is missing, making sure you give as much detail as possible.
Adoption Policy
Please come visit, we have cats and dogs available for adoption. Our adoptions and rescues are routed through the Harrison County Humane Society where animals will be spayed/neutered, and vaccinated.
Unfortunately, we are a high volume animal control shelter which prevents us from holding any animal for extended periods of time.
Feel free to contact us if you are looking for a particular breed and we will be happy to let you know if we have it.
