Operation Press Paws
Our Mission
Operation Press Paws is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that aims to curb the homeless cat population in the Martinsburg, WV area through TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return). TNR includes trapping, spaying/neutering, & providing vet care before returning the cats to the neighborhood (if feral) or adopting them to loving homes.
Adoption Policy
Our adoption process requires an approved application and payment of an adoption fee. Our adoption fee is $60 for a single cat, $100 for a pair. This fee helps pay for the medical care and foster costs of our cats. We adopt cats as indoor pets only. When adopting young kittens, we strongly recommend adopting in pairs, as kittens with a playmate tend to thrive better and become happier, more well-adjusted adult cats. We do NOT under any circumstances allow declawing of cats or kittens adopted from our organization.
