The Cat's Voice WV, Inc

The Cat’s Voice WV, Inc. will organize widespread public support and donations to provide the following services: assist cats and dogs at risk of euthanasia in the shelter to be pulled from the shelter and be put up for adoption; get cats and dogs vaccinated and spayed or neutered; provide emergency veterinary care for cats and dogs in need; help people than can no longer keep their cats find proper placement of the cats; help low income families get access to veterinary care or food for their cats; educate the public regarding the need for spaying, neutering, and vaccination of cats; provide trap-neuter-return services for feral cat colonies; and other similar activities that may be deemed appropriate from time-to-time by the Board of Directors.
