Our Mission
Our mission is to provide food, shelter, and vet care to animals in need, both large and small. We also promote the humane treatment of animals through education and advocacy, as well as provide facts, statistics, research, and other related data on causes, current efforts, and solutions on animal rescue and care.
Adoption Policy
All potential adopters are required to complete an Adoption Application. We ask for and verify information about their living environment, understanding of the specific needs of the species of the pet they are interested in, and veterinarian reference,
We only adopt to homes within a 4-hour drive of Berkeley Springs, WV (some possible pre-arranged exceptions may be considered). But the good news is that *we* can transport to *you* if need be!
If approved, all adopters will also be required to provide a non-refundable adoption fee and sign an Adoption Agreement.
