Our Mission
Laela's Hope Cat Rescue seeks to serve the abandoned, orphaned and homeless felines of Raleigh County in southern WV, providing medical care, spay/neuter services and finding them loving homes through carefully screened adoptions. Through TNR, and home-based fostering, we strive to do our part to eliminate cat overpopulation in the area.
Adoption Policy
Adoption applications are reviewed, vet references called, meet and greet required. Sometimes home visits are done if necessary.
