Our Mission

We are a religious organization that provides some humane work on behalf of neighborhood/area animals on an as needed basis and as funds allow. We primarily focus on TNR projects for the area feral cat population, and fostering of adoptable cats in need of a home.

Kevala Retreat provides facilities and support for individuals and small groups to pursue contemplative retreat and study, in a peaceful setting, for the purpose of deepening wisdom and cultivating peace.

Adoption Policy

We require an application, an interview, an adoption contract and a $50 fee. We do not allow our adoptees to be declawed. If they are too young to be spayed or neutered at time of adoption, we require proof of sterilization before custody is fully released. We will work with any adopter in driving distance to assist with transportation.
