Our Mission
The goal of Seymour Mutts Rescue is to increase public access to rescue dogs and cats through open adoptions, as well as promote positive outcomes for our transfer partners by increasing their live release rates and decreasing their length of stay.
Adoption Policy
Our adoption process relies on conversations between the adopter and rescue/foster home to determine matches. We believe that there are no perfect animals and no perfect homes, just perfect fits.
We use the adoption application as a way to start conversations; filling out an application is not required before meeting an animal. Feel free to send us an email, message, or fill out an application.
Adoption Fees:
We believe in lowering the barriers to adoption; because of this, we do not require a minimum adoption fee. We do, however, rely on financial contributions. Any funds received is at the discretion of the adopter and goes toward the care of animals in our rescue.
