Our Mission
Located in Isle of Wight County, VA, Bully Advocate & Rescue Collective (BARC) is a 501 (c)(3) rescue group dedicated to helping local pit bull type dogs in shelters.
BARC pulls pit bull type dogs from over-crowded shelters. Through foster homes and our own small boarding facility, we hope to give these dogs the time, training and exposure they need to help them find their forever homes.
Adoption Policy
