Bay Beagle Rescue, Inc is dedicated to saving those Beagles most in need - the abused, abandoned, senior, and special needs dogs. Our goal is the provide safe, loving foster and adoptive homes for our Beagles for the remainder of their lives. We are located in Virginia Beach VA
