Paws For Seniors

Our passion for rescue is fueled by your support and encouragement. Senior pets lose, quite often, the only home they have ever known for any number of reasons. Often older cats and dogs end up in overcrowded and loud animal shelters, bewildered and scared; where Staff and Volunteers work hard to care for them, find new homes through adoption or transfer to rescues or other shelters. Sadly senior pets are passed over by potential adopters for younger cats and dogs and may not thrive or make it out. We rescue older dogs and cats utilizing volunteer foster homes, saving lives and giving hope. Providing a home environment gives each rescued dog/cat a loving environment and time to adjust. We evaluate and address their medical and psychological needs before moving on to a new family to love. We appreciate every adopter and foster parent that opens their hearts and homes to our pets in need.
