Our Mission
Purrs & Whiskers, Inc. is a non-profit organization serving Stafford, Virginia and its surrounding areas, whose mission is to employ the best practices of the TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) philosophy and for those deemed adoptable, we provide permanent living situations. This is accomplished by providing compassion, daily nourishment, and basic wellness care for both individual cats, as well as colonies of free-roaming, homeless cats living outdoors.  When feasible, we will collaborate with local shelters in an effort to relieve over-crowding by identifying and adopting out shelter cats into appropriate, permanent living situations.

If approved, our adoption fee is $150, which includes the cat being spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, treated for fleas & ear mites, & micro-chipped!
