Our Mission
Critter Haven Animal Rescue desires to assist the community in providing humane shelter and care for animals in need.
Adoption Policy
Adopters have the option to foster prior to adopt. We require a foster application to be filled out and approved. Potential adopters must fill out an adoption form stating their address, contact method, number of pets, landlord information if applicable, previous pets owned, etc. The agreement states requirements such as- the applicant agrees to have the animal examined by a licensed veterinarian annually, retrieve the animal from any public shelter should the pet end up there and contact the rescue with such information, agrees to contact Critter Haven should the animal need to be returned for any reason, etc.
An animal cruelty affidavit stating that the applicant has not ever been charged with animal cruelty, neglect or abandonment must also be signed.
