You can meet dogs located at GCAC facility by contacting emersonjoyce76@outlook.com. An appointment to visit the GCAC shelter will then be made for you.

Adoption Policy

All adoptions for the Outreach Shelter are conducted by the Gloucester County Animal Control. Email emersonjoyce76@outlook.com to request a application for a dog you are interested in. The GCAC animal shelter is located at 6584 Beehive Drive in Gloucester, VA 23061. If you are looking for a lost pet and an officer is not present at the shelter, contact the dispatcher at 804.693.5290.
