At Mr Bigglesworth's Home for Wayward Cats our mission is to provide full tummies, warm beds, and a feeling of safety that most of our rescues have never experienced. Our sanctuary allows cats that are feral or would otherwise be considered unadoptable to be socialized at their own pace and gives them the opportunity to be adopted should the right fit find them. For every cat in our care we are committed to them for life. Should they not be chosen for adoption, they will be loved and have a home with us for all their days.
Adoption Policy
I agree that the cat will live with me in a private residence as a companion animal. I will never strike or otherwise harm the cat or allow others in my household to do so. In the event that I cannot keep the cat for any reason, I agree that I WILL NOT turn the cat over to a humane society, shelter, or another person, but will return the cat to Mr. Bigglesworth’s Home for Wayward Cats. If the phone number and/or address that I have for Mr. Bigglesworth’s Home for Wayward Cats is no longer operative, I will make a good faith effort to locate and contact a representative of Mr. Bigglesworth’s Home for Wayward Cats. I will ensure that the cat’s vaccinations for rabies and distemper are kept current (unless I have been advised by my veterinarian otherwise) and will provide appropriate veterinary care to the cat for any sickness, disease, or injury.
