Adoption Policy
We save dogs and help them find wonderful homes in the WNY BUFFALO ROCHESTER AREA. We want to make sure that the pet is the right fit for you, so we have an application and we let the NY adopters chat with the TX fosters.
Then the adopted TX dogs hop onto transport and meet their adopters directly in NY.
