Since 1998 we have been saving cats, dogs, horses, and occasionally various other types of animals that are in immediate danger of being slaughtered or euthanized, for no reason other than they had the misfortune of being owned by uncaring humans who left them to die. For about the last 10 years, most of our resources and work has gone into rescuing horses who are in danger of being slaughtered.
