Vax Shack is here the 4th Thursday of every month to do LOW COST SPAY/NEUTER, SHOT CLINIC. You need to make an appointment if you would like to have your pet spayed or neutered. You can make the appointment by calling the shelter @ 817-616-3769. No appointment is needed for the low cost shots. Shots are given between the hours of 10:00 and 1:00 Â
MISSION of Richland Hills Animal Services
To enforce animal control laws and ordinances and to guarantee the pet owner's right to have an animal on their property.
To ensure that citizens are free from disease, animal nuisance, or injuries caused by animals.
To protect animals from abuse, neglect or harm.

In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to protect the health and safety of our citizens and employees, The Richland Hills Animal Shelter is closed to public access as of May 15th, 2020. **
