Our Mission
Our mission is to rescue and rehome abandoned, abused, sick, and injured animals from the street and animals on death row in our local shelters.
Adoption Policy
Adopters need to complete an adoption application that is reviewed by designated individuals with the Luv Us, Mutts organization who have been trained properly on how to review applications. Part of the process includes speaking with the adopters current and/or potential veterinarian for insight into their history with veterinarian care to establish a standard practice of care for animals. An in-home or virtual home visit is conducted by trained volunteers within our organization. Animals are adopted with a mandatory trial period to ensure that it is a good fit and part of our adoption contract states that all animal ownership will revert back to Luv Us, Mutts in an instance where the adopter is unable or unwilling to continue care for the animal.
