Our Mission

The Midland Animal Services Department (MAS) is dedicated to ensuring public health, protecting animal welfare, and providing the community with top-notch animal care and services.

Adoption Policy

Application: Potential adopters are required to fill out an adoption application, providing information about their home environment, lifestyle, and experience with pets. Meet and Greet: Once the application is approved, potential adopters can meet the pet they are interested in to see if there is a good fit. Adoption Fee: There is an adoption fee, which helps cover the cost of the pet's medical care, spaying/neutering, and other expenses. Adoption Agreement: Adopters are required to sign an adoption agreement, agreeing to provide proper care for the pet.
