The Helping Hands Animal Rescue
Our Mission
The Helping Hands Animal Rescue is a trapping team that humanely aids animals in crisis. Our primary focus is the safety of the animal in need. Once the animal is contained and secured, we rehabilitate the animal and assist in coordination of transport and adoption. We abide by the number one rule of Do No Harm.
Adoption Policy
Local Adoptions
Our adoption fee is $160 which covers the cost of vaccinations (required 3 DAPP, Rabies, and Bordetella), spay/neuter, dewormer, tick/flea prevention, and lifelong microchip. We require an adoption application, one home visit/meet and greet, adoption contract, and adoption fee.
Out of State Adoptions
Our adoption fee is $575 which covers the cost of vaccinations (required at least 2 DAPP, Rabies-age appropriate, and Bordetella), spay/neuter, dewormer, tick/flea prevention, negative heart worm test, lifelong microchip, a Health Certificate to cross state borders, and transport costs. We require an adoption application, online interview/meet and greet, adoption contract, and adoption fee to be paid in full 5 days prior to transport date.
