Ferallife Guards is organized is to combat the overpopulation of unwanted pets and cruelty to animals through technology, innovation and compassion.
Meet the Ferallife Guards!
Our primary mission is to reduce the overpopulation of feral cats through Trap Neuter Return (TNR). Our team of volunteers responds to requests from Good Samaritans that want to help care for feral, stray cats. We humanely trap and provide vetting (spay/neuter, rabies and microchips) for these forgotten cats then return to a caretaker who compassionately cares for them.
During these feral cat rescue missions, we find many kittens born to feral momcats. Kittens are collected and fostered in the home of one of our volunteers until old enough for spay/neuter. After that, many arrive HERE to meet YOU where you can both see if you are a match to be their forever family. By adopting a Ferallife Guards kitten, you are saving a kitten from the streets right here in your neighborhood, some trapped just a few blocks away! One of the coolest things about the kittens you will meet here is you will know the story of how they started, how tricky they were to collect when living outside and often what momcat and dadcat are doing these days. We love to tell the origin stories of our kittens!! ?

Adoption Policy
Thank you for your interest in a Ferallife Guards Rescue kitty!
Since we are committed to finding the best match for each cat/kitten and family, every adoption starts with a meeting.
When you view our adoptable cats, if a street address is listed as the location, this is usually the offsite location of the cat/kitten which is a Tomlinson's Pet Store. Adopters are encouraged to visit the stores we work with and meet all available adoptable cat/kittens. Prior to going to meet a cat/kitten please confirm the address is one of the Tomlinson's Pet Stores we partner with because data entry errors can and do happen. In addition, adoptions occur often so the availability of the kitten you are looking at may have changed. We currently partner with Tomlinson's Leander, Tech Ridge and Airport. If you feel like a cat/kitten is a good match, the store staff can explain a bit more about the application process and discuss more about the personality traits we have seen in the FLG kitty you are interested in.
