Our Mission

It’s all about the dogs! Rescue Reinvented is a 501(c)(3), all-volunteer, foster based organization in Houston, Texas. Our mission is to rescue and train dogs, primarily German Shepherd Dogs, with the goal of finding them a permanent and loving home. All dogs will receive full veterinary care, including spay/neuter, positive training, and necessary behavior modification before they are ready to adopt. The organization will provide ongoing support and training to adopters of our dogs. We welcome out of state adoptions.

Adoption Policy

See our Website for Important Adoption Policies http://rescuereinvented.org/?page_id=4767 To adopt a dog, we require a mandatory donation to help offset the costs of medical treatment and expenses incurred during the rescue. Best case scenario medical treatment includes examinations, heartworm tests, heartworm treatment or preventative, spay/neuter, and vaccinations. However, many dogs come into our rescue malnourished and suffering from infections, which adds on to the cost of treatment. All adoptions include 2 private training sessions, and all dogs are spay/neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and current on heartworm preventatives
