Our Mission
PAWS & Wings of Hope Foundation is dedicated to the protection, advocacy, and welfare of dogs in need. We rescue dogs from neglect, abuse, abandonment, and crisis situations, providing trauma-informed care, medical treatment, and compassionate rehabilitation through a network of committed foster homes.
By working closely with our foster community, we are able to provide individualized care, stability, and a safe environment where each dog can decompress, heal, and thrive. We are committed to responsible placement, ensuring every dog is thoughtfully matched with a safe, loving, and permanent home.
Through community outreach, education, and spay/neuter initiatives, we work to reduce overpopulation and prevent future suffering—giving every dog a voice and the opportunity for a better life.

We are a foster-based rescue, meaning our dogs are cared for in dedicated foster homes rather than a shelter environment. This allows us to better understand each dog’s personality, behavior, and needs, and to make thoughtful, informed placement decisions.

Adoption Process
All prospective adopters must:
• Complete an Adoption Application
• Participate in a screening process, which may include reference and veterinary checks
• Communicate openly about their lifestyle, expectations, and experience with dogs
Meeting a dog does not guarantee adoption. We prioritize the best match for the dog, not first-come, first-served placement.
