The Humane Society of Deaf Smith County

The Humane Society of Deaf Smith County (DSC) Second Chance Shelter was founded in 1999 and provides care, comfort, and compassion to abandoned and homeless dogs and cats. We strive to build a community where people value animals and treat them with respect. The Humane Society of DSC promotes vaccination to combat disease and spaying/neutering to address overpopulation in order to prevent the euthanasia of abandoned and homeless animals.
