Mission and Impact of Harley's Hounds is 3-fold:
1) Providing community education to encourage responsible pet ownership and the importance of spay/neuter
2) Provide resources throughout the community to get dogs off the streets and into a healthy, loving home environment
3) Create the pathway towards foster/adoption
