Our Mission
Three Little Pitties Rescue is an all-breed cat and dog rescue.
Since 2018, our mission has been clear and resolute: to save the lives of dogs and cats from desperate situations and provide them with loving, forever homes. Based in the heart of Friendswood, Texas, our devoted team has touched the lives of over 20,000 animals, guiding them from life on the streets and overcrowded shelters to a brighter future through adoption, transport, and community.
Adoption Policy
Three Little Pitties Rescue is a foster-based, all-breed dog and cat rescue dedicated to saving animals from urgent and often life-threatening situations in the Greater Houston area. Houston faces one of the highest stray and overpopulation rates in the United States, and countless animals are at risk every day. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome these animals while promoting spay/neuter outreach and responsible pet ownership.
All of our animals originate from around Houston, Texas, where the need is greatest. We facilitate adoptions nationwide, with the majority of our pets placed in loving homes throughout the Pacific Northwest, Northeast, Midwest, and select Canadian regions.
USDA-Certified Transport & Nationwide Adoptions
We operate our own USDA-certified rescue transport system, ensuring every animal travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 on-board care. Our professional, climate-controlled transport includes drop-off locations in:
WA, OR, ID, UT, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada
(Canadian adopters pick up in Bellingham, WA; Buffalo, NY; or Brattleboro, VT)
Adopters can track their pet’s journey in real time, receive photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through a private Facebook transport event page—making the experience engaging and reassuring from start to finish.
Before the adoption is finalized, adopters meet their pet through a personalized video call, allowing for connection and questions before travel.
