Our Mission
Special Treasures Animal Rescue is a small rescue focused on having a positive impact on the lives of dogs & cats that are abandoned, surrendered to the local shelters or found lost in the community. We promote the availability of low cost spay and neuter programs available to the community to help combat the overpopulation here in Texas.
