Our Mission
The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be:
(a) To promote the health & welfare of stray and feral cats in South Texas;
(b) To educate the public concerning the spaying/neutering of pet cats and trap-neuter-return of feral cats; and
(c) To reduce cat overpopulation through trap-neuter-return programs.
