Our Mission
MISSION STATEMENT:
Dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of purebred dogs and cats and empowering communities through education to proudly and responsibly adopt their purebred animals.
Vision Statement: To change the face of rescue and ultimately eliminate the demand for puppy mills, hoarders, and irresponsible breeders.
Adoption Policy
Roscoe Rescues is a nationwide organization and fosters/adopts/transports etc to all 48 states.
All potential adopters must fill out an application on our website and submit a veterinarian reference (if applicable) and three personal references. The applicant is then invited to an interview with one of our co-founders via zoom or Facetime. Once those steps have been completed and the applicant is approved to move forward, another virtual meeting is set up for the adopter to "meet" the pet and the foster family.
