Operation Education Animal Rescue, also knows as OpEd, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue group serving the middle Tennessee community. Our mission is to emphasize the importance of being a responsible pet owner, to provide outreach programs for individuals with pet needs, and to emphasize the importance of spaying/neutering.
