High Forest Humane Society

High Forest Humane Society has been operating in Hohenwald, Tennessee since 2003. With the assistance of just a handful of volunteers, we have rescued, fostered and found homes for over 5,000 dogs. We are an all volunteer organization funded entirely by donations from the community. 100% of the money we raise goes to the animals. We Operate in an area of rural Tennessee where there is no animal control infrastructure, and in most cases we are the only hope for unwanted dogs.
