Adoption Policy

We like to meet the potential new parents of the babies we have up for adoption so you must come to our shelter in person to fill out the adoption application. After we have done the check on your references, we will do a home visit to see where our baby will be living. If the application is approved, there will be an adoption fee of $75.00 for dogs and $50.00 for cats. We will then make an appointment to have your new pet spayed or neutered. The adopter is responsible for the cost of the spay or neuter unless procedure is done in Dyer County. We will pay for half of the procedure if its done at one of the two local vets.
