Our Mission
Orangeburg County Animal Control and Shelter serves the citizens of Orangeburg County South Carolina, helps to educate the public and enforce County ordinances on animal welfare.
Adoption Policy
At this time, we do not have a direct adoption program through the shelter. However, we do offer a Foster-to-Adopt program for approved applicants.
All final adoptions are completed through our rescue partners For the Love of a Paw and Saving Animals Southern Style Rescue & Sanctuary
If you are interested in adopting, we are happy to guide you through the foster-to-adopt process and connect you with the appropriate rescue partner.
