Our Mission
Here at The Bridge Between, our mission is helping abandoned, neglected, fearful animals find a perfect home. Our belief is that we are the bridge between their past and their future. This includes anyone involved in the animals' rescue journey. Whether you are a rescue, a foster, a transport ride, a shelter volunteer, a donator - you name it. We are all apart of the bridge that gets these animals from one place to the next.
Here at The Bridge Between, we also believe in the power of the community and education. We are all working together for the same goal, and couldn't do it without those who get involved and educate others in the community on the importance of animal welfare, vaccination, spay and neuter, and more.
Adoption Policy
We require approved applications before potential adopters can meet any of our pets, (unless we are at a public event with adoptable animals). Our adoption process is as follows: the first step is to submit an application on our website in the "adopt" tab. Then we will reach out for the next step, which is usually a phone call. Then we will need to receive any veterinary records for current or previous pets. Once those are received, we reach out to references, and then set up a home visit and meet and greet for the pet the potential adopter is interested in.
