Cumberland Animal Control

The mission of the Cumberland Animal Control division is to protect the health and safety of our residents, and to protect animals and promote their humane treatment. Through collaboration with our community partners, Cumberland Animal Control prevents animal cruelty, protects public health and safety from dangerous animals, provides humane care to abused and neglected animals, educates the public about responsible pet ownership, and gives adoptable animals a second chance at a forever home. Cumberland Animal Control has adopted a no-kill philosophy, and will make every effort to promote pet adoptions of healthy, non-aggressive animals to the general public.
