Our Mission
National Foster Alliance have the mission to reduce the overpopulation of street animals in Puerto Rico by guide, promote and make veterinary services accessible to underserved communities.
Adoption Policy
It is our desire that prospective families learn about the history and the character of the pet during the adoption process. We love our pets and seek homes that can exceed our expectations. Applicants must fill a questionnaire and can arrange a phone or video call to clarify any doubts during the process.
