Puerto Rico Animal Rescue, Incorporated
100 Ave Ramon L Rodriguez
Unit 56222
Bayamon, PR, 00960
Our Mission
We operate an animal shelter and sanctuary for stray, homeless, surrendered, and abandoned animals. It is our mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need. We fulfill our mission solely on donations, as we have no financial support from government entities.
Adoption Policy
After an application is received and reviewed by our adoption committee, a phone interview is conducted to ask questions that need to be clarified from the application, to answer any questions about the animal that the potential adopter may have, and to schedule a meet and greet with the animal, if one has not been performed previously. An in-person inspection of the property when the animal will potentially reside is scheduled, or a video of the property if the adopter does not reside on the island.
