Our Mission

At this time, we are not taking dogs from shelters, or surrenders. We WILL, however, help you find a new home for a dog, after we have had a chance to chat with you. Email us at thepolishedpitbull@gmail.com and we will see if we can help you.

Adoption Policy

We strive to make the adoption process as painless and quick as possible, while, at the same time, ensuring that our adoptable dog is a good fit for you and you for the dog. After you fill out our application, we check references and schedule a visit with you and our dog...at your home. After the visit, we take our dog home and ask that you be in touch with us within 24 hours. We require a fenced yard for all of our adoptable dogs.
