Our Mission
Tulip’s Timestamps is a foster-based cat rescue dedicated to saving at-risk cats in Philadelphia. We provide medical care, safe housing, and adoption placement for stray, abandoned, and vulnerable cats—particularly from underserved neighborhoods. By keeping cats out of the overcrowded shelter system and placing them in loving foster homes, we offer them a second chance at life and a path to a forever family.
Adoption Policy
Our adoption policy includes a contract stating that pets are up to date on all medical needs. All kittens under the age of six months must go to a home with another young cat or adopted with a friend.
