Harley's Haven

Harley's Haven Dog Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization in the greater Philadelphia area. We are a foster based all breed and all ages rescue. Our purpose is to rescue dogs from high kill shelters and unwanted situations, provide them with appropriate vet care, and then find them loving forever homes. **We are not a shelter so we do not a physical location that houses dogs.
