Our Mission
Phoenix and Friends is dedicated to reducing cat overpopulation and suffering through humane Trap-Neuter-Return, rescue, and adoption. We strive to improve the quality of life for community cats, provide medical care and safe shelter to those in need, and place friendly, adoptable cats into loving homes. Through public education and community collaboration, we work to create a compassionate, sustainable future for cats in the communities we serve.
Adoption Policy
Phoenix and Friends is committed to placing cats in safe, loving, and permanent homes. All potential adopters must complete an application, participate in a conversation, and attend a meet-and-greet to ensure a good match between the cat and the household. Our cats are adopted as indoor-only pets (unless part of a working cat placement) and are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and medically cleared prior to adoption. We reserve the right to deny any adoption if we feel it is not in the best interest of the animal. Adoption fees help offset medical care and support our ongoing rescue and TNR efforts.
