The mission of the Animal Protection League (APL) of Western Pa is to advocate on the behalf of and be a voice for animals. The APL will lead by example and operate in a professional and compassionate manner at every Level of the organization.

We are very professional yet strict. We have a strict contract and Home inspections are performed as well as regular follow up.
