Our Mission
We're not just rescuing animals – we're building a better world for both animals and humans.
BLLAR is dedicated to doing all we can to end animal suffering. We believe that the best long-term solution to the overpopulation of homeless animals is prevention. We have several active international TNVR (trap, neuter, vaccinate, release) projects, and provide logistical support and TNVR funding through local volunteers in Ukraine and Russia.
Working with a network of volunteers, we provide vaccination, sterilization, and medical treatment to homeless animals in need around the world. When possible, we help find forever homes for our animals. In collaboration with our local volunteers, today, we are proud to report that we have saved HUNDREDS of precious lives in Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Belarus, Korea, and US.
