Tioga County Cat Project

The mission of the Tioga County Cat Project is to improve the lives of the people and cats in Tioga County, Pennsylvania through access to spay/neuter services for pets and strays alike. This reduces the overpopulation of cats, prevents cats and kittens suffering illness or disease, and helps low-income individuals access services they need to keep their homes and communities healthy and safe without an overpopulation of cats. In emergency situations like severe injury or illness, cats and kittens may be placed in foster care to be adopted out after receiving necessary veterinary care.
