Our Mission
To find permanent homes for unwanted Siberian Huskies in the Delaware Valley. To provide public education about the breed, and assist Siberian owners with training issues. To recruit and assist loving foster homes for the dogs we save.
Adoption Policy
Applicant must complete an online adoption application. Rescue volunteers contact veterinary reference and two personal references. Applicant is interviewed, by phone by the Application Chairperson. A home visit is conducted. If all requirements are satisfied the applicant is approved and can meet dogs. The foster home brings the available dog to the approved applicant's home. If there are other pets in the home, the foster dog and the other pets are introduced. If they get along the adoption contract is signed.
