Our Mission
Radnor Outreach & Animal Rescue (ROAR) partners with local shelters and rescues to help companion animals find their perfect home. ROAR provides educational support and resources to the local community regarding pet responsibility and the benefits of pet adoption in the hopes of creating a brighter world, one animal at a time.
Adoption Policy
At ROAR, we take each adoption process on a case-by-case basis. Each animal has different needs. Every applicant deserves full consideration. That being said, the animal's safety, health, and happiness is always at the forefront of our decision-making.
