Our Mission
Hcpc mission statement is to spay and neuter as many animals as possible to help with the overpopulation and end the suffering.
Adoption Policy
Fill out out our adoption application, we look that over call vets to make sure all the animals in their home are vetted spayed or neutered, if they pass that step we set up a meet and greet . We still might not adopt even after all the steps. Depends on the how the meet and greet goes.
