Our Mission
The Huron County Humane Society's mission is to assist Huron County residents by maintaining a sanitary, secure and compassionate environment that enables medical care for animals in need, while ultimately enriching families through the adoption of healthy, happy and thriving animals.
Adoption Policy
Step 1: fill out an application
Step 2: background check & landlord check (if applicable)
Step 3: possible home check
Step 4: home trial ( to see how animal adjusts to new environment and vice versa)
