The specific objectives and purposes of this organization shall be: a. Provide foster care, when appropriate care is available, to any domestic animal in need. b. Provide veterinary care, when financially capable, to any domestic animal in need. c. Provide permanent housing, when an appropriate home is available, to any domestic animal in need. d. Provide essentials, when available, to any domestic animal in need. e. Participate, host, or sponsor events to promote care, trap-neuter-release, foster, and adoption. f. Provide volunteer opportunities for those wishing to work with domestic animals in need.
